Testing During Production, Not Only After製程中檢測，而不只是出貨前
A multifunction tester measures tensile strength, elongation and compression; a rheometer monitors vulcanization curves to set curing time; an oven runs controlled heat testing. Deviations are caught while the run is still on the floor.多功能試驗機量測拉伸強度、伸長率與壓縮；流變儀監控硫化曲線以設定硫化時間；烘箱進行控溫測試。偏差在生產過程中就能發現。

ISO 9001:2015 for quality management. A SMETA 4-pillar audit conducted by SGS at Wealgate Vietnam Company Limited, covering labour conditions, health and safety, environmental protection and business ethics. EU RoHS testing by TÜV Rheinland Vietnam under directive 2011/65/EU on NBR-8090 nitrile rubber, black sheet — heavy metals, PBBs, PBDEs and phthalates all within legal limits.ISO 9001:2015 品質管理。SMETA 四大支柱稽核由 SGS 於 Wealgate Vietnam Company Limited 執行，涵蓋勞動條件、健康與安全、環境保護及商業道德。EU RoHS 由 TÜV Rheinland Vietnam 依 2011/65/EU 指令，針對 NBR-8090 丁腈橡膠黑色片材測試，重金屬、PBBs、PBDEs 與塑化劑均在法規限值內。

A fixed compound formulation mixed in-house, curing times set from rheometer data, and in-process testing — so a repeat order matches the sample you approved.固定配方自廠煉膠、依流變儀數據設定硫化時間，並在製程中檢測，使重複訂單與核可樣品相同。
Where are your rubber products made?產品在哪裡生產？
Developed and designed in Taiwan, manufactured in Vietnam, at our factory in Tân Uyên District, Bình Dương Province.台灣研發設計，越南生產，廠址位於越南平陽省新淵（Tân Uyên, Bình Dương）。
Can you develop a product from my drawing?可以依我的圖面開發嗎？
Yes. Send your requirements or drawing; any rubber product can be developed, including size, shape, pattern, colour and packaging.可以。提供需求或圖面，任何橡膠製品皆可開發，包含尺寸、外型、紋路、顏色與包裝。
Do you supply wholesale as well as OEM?除了代工，也提供批發嗎？

ISO 9001:2015, the SMETA 4-pillar audit report issued after the SGS audit, and the TÜV Rheinland EU RoHS report covering cadmium, lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBBs, PBDEs and phthalates.
